I like to read cozy material or things that make me feel like I am on vacation. I love some realistic romance or a book that explores relationships among female family members and friends. Least favorite reads would be fantasy and science fiction. Eclectic music listener. I like old rock, reggae, and anything you might listen to while sailing on a catamaran. I really only watch movies when it is cold or raining.

I am a fiction kind of girl. My book picks are usually pretty eclectic. I love to read fast-paced Thrillers, Mysteries, Romance, and Horror. I listen to all types of music, but some of my favorites are Pop, Spanish Rock, Dance, Salsa, and Country. I enjoy watching movies when I am ready to unplug from a long day. I prefer to watch Comedies, Drama, Romance, Science Fiction, Indies, and Family movies. My favorite movie genre has to be Horror. I am considered the scream queen in my family. No one quite enjoys a scary slasher flick, thirsty vampires, or rotting zombies quite like I do.

My reading habits are incredibly varied. I am as comfortable dissecting a T.S. Eliot poem as I am reading a Batman comic. On the whole I tend to seek out skilled writing or writing that defies convention. I am constantly looking for new and different music. I like almost every genre of music but my favorite music typically melds genres together. I wouldn’t say I watch too many movies but I love comedies with great dialogue and plot or drama driven action movies. However these days I am more likely to watch a TV series on DVD than a movie.
